I am a Montreal/Vaudreuil based photographer originally from Israel. After thirty years in Canada I can tell you that, hands down, the Israeli summer beats the Canadian winter :-).

My journey into photography started as an album designer at around the same time digital cameras made their humble appearance. The progress from making albums for other photographers to taking pictures was a gradual transition.

I started as a portrait photographer and slowly progressed to weddings and other genres. Starting with a tiny budget and simple gear, I developed my own technique learning to make do with what I had, a great way to develop the necessary photography skills.

The experiences I acquired creating custom designed albums helped me greatly in my journey as a photographer. The ability to develop a raw image is a fundamental skill that I work on constantly each job I do. Being able to develop my own photos allows me to serve my clients better.

My portfolio includes many different types of photography, all about people and their stories.

I am available for events such as weddings and all type of portraits such as individual portraits, couples, family and children. Although I am based in the Montreal area, I am readily available further afield.
